The Dasqua 5221-11XX/31XX/6105 Series DTI, or Dial Test Indicator are designed for mid to professional range environments and use. This dial test indicator gauge is an extremely reliable and durable option for heavy use, due to it featuring shock-proof gearing. Graduated to 0.01 mm, this is a precision test indicator that is calibrated and supplied with a serial number marked calibration test certificate.

A precision gear-driven shock-proof design operates with a smooth motion. The design features a solid steel frame body with hardened and ground contact points and is finished in a durable satin-chrome finish.

There are a total of 5 models in this shock-proof range of Dial Test Indicators. There are three metric models in ranges of 0.8 mm and 0.2 mm, and in graduations of 0.01 mm or 0.002 mm, or two microns. The lengths of the Styli on these models is a choice of 16~16.5mm dependant on which model. The remaining two models in the range are graduated in imperial measurements.

The 7122 range includes dial indicator magnetic bases providing clamping power from 60 kg to 130 kg on the biggest model. There is a choice of Main and Sub Pole lengths from 176 to 355mm and 150 to 210mm respectively.Clamping Diameter options include 4, 6 & 8mm in metric and 3/8" imperial.
