EMG Precision Endorsed Dasqua Entry-Level Digital Tool Zero Setting Device

About the Entry-Level 1801-10XX Series..

The Dasqua 1801 Series is available in two models. The 1005 features a compact height of only 50mm, ideal for CNC Routers and small Milling machines. The larger 1010 model is more suited to larger machines or situations where extra height is required. The latter of the two models is approximately 100 mm high.

This tool setting device features a plastic body and LCD screen and is rated to IP65. It features an indicator light to inform the user that absolute zero is reached. It can achieved a repeatability of 3 microns and is accurate to ±0.002 mm. A built in magnetic base allows the tool setter to be secured to a steel machining bed or fixture.

The 1801 Tool Setter comes in a high quality fitted aluminium protective case. This Tool Setter is not designed to be wired directly into your cnc controller. It operates independantly as a tool position indication device for manual setting offsets in your system.
