The Dasqua Micrometer Stand featuring a 150° V Groove base.

The micrometer stand is a heavy-weight, heavy duty, industrial solution perfect for small batch inspection or mass production measurements as part of a production and/or inspection flow. The stand is at home in either the most demanding workshop environments, or the most medically clean laboratories.

The 150° V-grooved base is specifically designed so it can be placed on cylindrical surfaces for easily fixing the indicators. Clamping knobs form part of the design enabling the user to set the angle of the micrometer and clamp the micrometer itself. Protection pads are incorporated on the clamping plates to protect the micrometer (not included).

The base is approximately 160mm in length and 115mm high with the brackets presenting vertical upwards. This model of micrometer clamp is designed to hold Dasqua micrometers up to 100mm measuring capacity, and is easily used both left, and right handily. The cast iron base is finished elegantly in a extremely hard wearing blue enamel coating.
