Shipping

Please find below the approximate delivery times for each of our menu category products.

All international deliveries are sent EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT, and we do not ship anything by boat unless explicably stated so.

· Unless otherwise stated, all international deliveries are on DAP Terms, as described below...

· Delivered at Place (DAP)

· The seller is responsible for delivering the goods, ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport, at the named place. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods are available for unloading; so unloading is at the buyer’s risk.

· The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

These are of course worst case estimates and we fully intend to supply you as early as possible.

Returns & Refunds

 

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Bespoke made to order items.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective

  • Product must be in original, undamaged packaging

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must not be damaged when received at return address.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged or faulty on arrival.

Installation Services

Installation fees are not redeemable if we are for any reason not able to attend as agreed, or complete the installation as required. This includes incorrectly purchased items, non-access to required site equipment, omission of information that can effect installation or attendance and any other reasonable reason as deemed by EMG Precision Ltd. In some circumstances, EMG Precision can decide to refund the original Installation fee minus any travelling time & expenses incurred.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. In order to obtain a RMA number you must do this through your account settings of the user account that purchases the item(s) in question.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 60 days for the inspection process.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 90 days from the date of the confirmation email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After the elapsed timescales mentioned above, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
