Carbide Gauge Blocks

Features

  • High quality solid carbide which is harder than steel and ceramic.

  • Made of carbide making it extremely wear and corrosion resistant. with excelent dimensional stability.
  • Superior fine surface finish. Ultra-precision ground, smooth flat surfaces with a high wringing force.
  • Strictly made in accordance with DIN ISO 3650.
  • Supplied with manufacturer's inspection certificate.
  • Hardmess of 89.5HRA.

Purpose

  • Grade 0 - Mainly used in calibration laboratories by specialised staff, as reference standards for calibration of high precision measuring equipment and Grade 1 and 2 gauge blocks.

  • Grade 1 - used in laboratories to inspect high precision workpieces, gauge blocks and set measuring equipment.
  • Grade 2 - Mainly used in workshops to install cutters and workpiece's, inspection and settingup measuring equipment.
