EMG Pro High Precision SDC6 Slim Collets

High precision SDC12 collets have a runout of less than or equal to 5 microns (and are suitable for clamping round shank tools in an SDC12 collet chuck for superior accuracy and finish machining.

SDC Collets have the following features...

  • Suitable for use with DC12/SDC12 collet chucks
  • Slim DC/SDC chucks offer a higher precision, speed and rigidity over the more commonly used ER chucks.
  • SDC12 high precision slim collet for round shank cutting tools producing ≤0.005mm (5microns) @ 4σ
