Check out these exquisite ceramic precision gauge block sets by Dasqua. Industry standard specifications strictly in accordance with DIN ISO 3650. Available in a choice of Set sizes and two Grade specificaitons.

Ceramnic Gauge Blocks

Features

  • Made of Ceramic material with high harness, wear resistance and long service life which is 5~10 times that of steel gauge blocks, or 4~5 times that of carbide.

  • Corrosion resistant, anti-corrosion treatments are not necessary unlike steel or carbide.
  • Superior fine surface finish. Ultra-precision ground, smooth flat surfaces with a high wringing force.
  • Strictly made in accordance with DIN ISO 3650.
  • Hardness 1350 HV
  • Highly thermally stable material composition.
  • Non-magnetic & non-conductive for specific situational requirements.

Purpose

  • Grade 0 - Mainly used in calibration laboratories by specialised staff, as reference standards for calibration of high precision measuring equipment and Grade 1 and 2 gauge blocks.

  • Grade 1 - used in laboratories to inspect high precision workpieces, gauge blocks and set measuring equipment.
