The flagship digital micrometer from Dasqua is the ulimate choice in professional, industrial and ultra-precision measuring equipment. THe 4410 series is avaiable in six sizes, covering a capable measuring range of 0 to 150mm in the usual 25mm / 1.0" windows. Design, manufacture, testing and certification are strictly in accordance with the governing standard for micrometers, DIN863.

A improvement to this range see a newly adopted stainless steel spindle offering improved life and performance over traditional carbon steel alternatives commonly on the market today. A specialised carbide face is featured on the measurement anvils as opposed to a micro carbide tip. The Dasqua 4410 series also features a ratchet stop for a constant force between 5~8 Newtons, an increase of over 20% than many traditional offerings.

Notably this flagship model features an environmental pollutant protection of IP65 making it highly resistant to coolant and other liquid ingress. The spindle is hardened, double ground and lapped for ultimate, professional accuracy.

Part of the design of the 4410 sees the addition of plastic elements added to the body and the adjustment controls. The additions are not only to enhance the appearance of the micrometer but to provide very real benefits for the user. The plastic body shell and spindle adjustment handles proivide what we refer to as, thermal protection. Inspection labs and machine shops are often cool environments and touching cold steel can be uncomfortable for the user, making if difficult to perform finite adjustments. This issue is exasperated when high quanities of repeat meassurements are required. The thermal protection of the critically held components prevents insensitivity to touch through prolonged use.
